Many many areas were cleaned, trimmed, raked, bagged, leveled, covered, cleared, glued, reset around camp. All the Alumni wish to thank those that chose to spend a weekend helping camp.

Update 12-24-07: Things are moving forward. Camp had a wind storm last night and the camp and the entire lake was without power for ONLY 12 hours. The camp looks beautiful! The areas that will soon be cleaned are:  around half-way house (that will be dismantled and removed) down to the low road. From Klinger Hall to the Headless Horseman's Bridge, and around the campfire circle out by the Pine Forest. We've spent almost $85,000 in cleanup and still have plans that will take another $107,000 to accomplish. With that being said - we can do it and will do it. When you come to camp the next time - boy will you see a difference - a good difference. Please plan to visit us  . . . . . Happy New Year to all. Health, Happiness and Prosperity to everyone. Highropes Course

Thanks to MFB Bank, the Detroit Free Press, and the Gould Family (Jim, Bill & Dick), new elements will be installed - come visit the high ropes course for new experiences and new challenges.

Chapel

Some of our friends from around the lake (Mike Reidy & Ralph Vogel) volunteered to replace the benches at chapel and  they look beautiful. As usual - Pete Fournier has gone out of his way to help camp. Pete has finished the Organ House and it looks beautiful.

EVERYONE is helping . . . . either by volunteering or by sending a check. What a wonderful experience watching all those alumni and campers working together for a common goal - making camp a better place for kids in the future. To all - THANK YOU!
